Meet Coach Z:

Coach Z is first-in-class in training goalies. She has fifteen years (plus) of experience training goalies from college to our youngest goalies age eight. Coach Z will inspire goalies to try new techniques and improve across all tactical skills. This session includes a Zoom session (videotaped) with guest speaker AU Pro and Richmond University Coach Kady Glynn, to address the emotional quotient aspect of being a successful goalie. She has designed these sessions down to the last details to provide the tools to help every goalie improve their skills and their minds.
